Stephanie Villafuerte joins Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center as Executive Director

Recently, Jeff Koy, the Children’s Law Center Director of Litigation, received The Juvenile Law Attorney Award, awarded to the Guardian ad litem of the Year by the Colorado Judicial Department and Colorado Department of Human Services Child Welfare Division.

The Jefferson County Integrated Drug Court Team also received the Spirit of the Summitt Multi-Disciplinary Team Award. This award is given for consistently demonstrating outstanding practice promoting safety, permanency, and well-being with children and families. Children's Law Center attorneys Jason Carrithers, Susan Easley and Michelle Roche were honored for their work representing children in this specialized court.
